Contract. The overview aggregates read-only counts: users from the real
@fuzefront/security-client member surface, apps from the anticipated per-portal
catalog (portal_apps), and billing/Connect status from the anticipated Connect
surface on @fuzefront/billing-client. The portal identity (domain, owner, status)
comes from GET /api/v1/portal/current (anticipated @fuzefront/portal-client,
scoped to the caller's own portal — no portalId is accepted from the client).
